Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address or phone number, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
• Your legal name and date of birth, used to confirm you are 21 or older and to match your ID at pickup.
• Your orders, pickup times and rewards points.
• Any product reviews you post, shown with your first name and last initial.

What we don’t collect

We never store your ID number or a photo of your ID. Staff only record that they checked it. We don’t take card details online, because you pay at the window.

How we use it

Only to run your orders, check your age, and keep records we’re required to keep for tax. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Your privacy rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you or to delete your account. When an account is deleted, we keep past order records for tax purposes with your name and contact details removed. Email foodnfuel104@gmail.com to make a request.

Finding a store

On the store locations page, an address or zip code you search for is sent to OpenStreetMap’s address search to place it on the map, and the map itself loads from OpenStreetMap. If you choose “Use my location”, your position is used in your browser to sort the stores by distance and isn’t sent to us.

Your browser

We store a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in, and a note in your browser’s local storage that you confirmed your age, which lasts up to 30 days.
